The conversation
We start with your home: the rooms, how you live in them and what has to change.
The selection
Our premium selection isn't tied to one manufacturer. See samples in the private showroom by appointment, or the mobile showroom brings them to you. For hardwood, we point you to where you can see it.
The estimate
One estimate, approved by you before work starts. If the scope changes, you approve it before new work begins.
The installation
Qualified, insured installers do the work, and we ensure your satisfaction. A final walkthrough is yours if you ask for it.

Craftsmanship is the part you notice later: the turn of a stair, the edge of a step, the line where two floors meet.
Payment
50% deposit to order your material. Balance on completion of the work. Cash, Zelle, check or card. No financing at this time.
Timing
It depends on the project. We agree the schedule with you at the estimate.
Warranty
One year workmanship warranty on our installation.
